The Co-operative prides itself on providing fresh, quality products to all our customers. Therefore, we offer a 100% money back guarantee if your not entirely satisified with a product. Contact the kiosk in-store within 24 hours of purchase to receive a full refund. Manufacturing faults are not covered by the store and we recommend you contact the manufacturer direct if you experience such problems.

Home Delivery

The Co-operative offers a home delivery service to all our customers. Simply phone, fax, or email your order requesting a home delivery, allowing a least 4 hours for your groceries to arrive.

Remember, you must have a frequent shopper number to place an order and the Co-operative requires all customers be at home to receive and pay for their goods. Delivery times are between 8am and 3pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

Orders & Call Back

Don't have enough time to squeeze in your shopping? You can place an order via phone, fax or email for pick-up at a time that suits you. Remember, you must have a frequent shopper number to order and you should allow at least 4 hours for your order to be ready. Pick-up times are between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

The Co-operative requires all customers using the call back system pay upon receipt of their goods.

Food Platters

Our delicatessen provides a large range of hot and cold platters for all function and entertainment needs. Platters can be picked up in-store Monday to Saturday during trade or you can have them delivered Monday to Friday between 10.00am and 4.00pm. Click here for in-store trading hours.

In-store Butcher

Kids Play Area

The Co-operative provides an in-store kids corner for parents while doing their shopping. Kids can watch television, DVD's, draw on the blackboard or play on the climbing equipment provided. The area is fully fenced with matting as well.

Please note, while staff keep an eye on children in this area, this is not a child care service and parents should be mindful of this when deciding to allow their child to wait in this area. Additionally, the Co-operative will not be held liable for any injury or accidents to children in this area. Parents may be asked to collect their kid/s from this area at the discretion of the register supervisor.
