Meat & Poultry

At the Co-operative our knowledge and expertise has all your meat and poultry needs covered. Our services include processing private beef, pork and lamb produce, supplying meat trays for charity fundraisers, creating produce from customer specific ingredients, providing bulk buy discounts for community bodies and cryvac packaging.

Private Produce

Bookings should be placed 3-5 days in advance for processing of all private beast orders. Bookings are taken Monday to Saturday before 12 noon with pick-up during trade Tuesday to Saturday. Deliveries are available Monday to Friday between 10.00am and 4.00pm.

Customer Specific Ingredients

Customers can request and provide ingredients for a variety of sausages, rissoles and beef patties of their choice. Orders can be placed Monday to Saturday, allowing 24 hours for processing.

Bulk Buy Discounts

The Co-operative provides 7 day quotes on all orders required for community events and functions. Quotes are available Monday to Saturday before 12 noon.

Cryvacing

Cryvacing is available for only $1.00 per packaged item. Check with our staff for more information.
