Beneficiaries
The Co-operative's Frequent Shopper Club also supports around 150 charity organisations, clubs, schools and associations. Each Frequent Shopper can nominate a beneficiary of their choice. For every point a Frequent Shopper receives, another point is donated by the Co-operative to the chosen beneficiary. To be valid, each beneficiary must be a community organisation and have a minimum of 20 nominated Frequent Shoppers. Through-out the year the Co-operative will nominate a time to donate cash to beneficiaries who've reached 20,000 points or more. For every 20,000 points, the Co-operative Donates $50 to the respective beneficiary to spend on its operations.
